Admission And Withdrawal

Welcome to Green Park Matriculation Higher Secondary School! We are delighted that you are considering us for your child’s educational journey. To assist you, we have outlined a streamlined admission and withdrawal process designed to be clear, supportive, and efficient.

Admission Process:

We welcome applications from students who are passionate about learning and eager to excel in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Personal Introduction:

All candidates must be introduced in person by a parent or legal guardian to ensure that the school understands the child’s background and guardianship.

Documentation Requirements:

To maintain a seamless admission process, the following documents are essential:

  • Transfer Certificate: A valid transfer certificate is required for all students (except those applying to Class I) from their previous school.
  • Birth Certificate: For Class I admissions, a birth certificate is required as proof of age.
  • Accurate Admission Form: The admission form should be completed accurately by the parent or legal guardian, with special attention to the date of birth, which cannot be altered once entered.

Important Considerations

  • Application Criteria: Admission is based on seat availability, eligibility criteria, and school management approval.
  • Enrollment Security: Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.

Withdrawal Process:

Our withdrawal process is designed to be straightforward, respecting the needs of families as well as our commitment to maintaining a balanced academic environment.

Notice Requirement:

To withdraw a student, parents or guardians must provide a written notice three calendar months in advance. Without such notice, three months' fees will be charged instead of the notice period.

Absence Policy:

If a student is absent for over a month without a formal leave application, their name may be removed from the school register. Re-admission may be considered based on available seats.

Start of Academic Year Absence:

Students who do not attend classes or pay fees by the 15th of April will be permanently removed from the school rolls, with no re-admission option.
