Parents are requested to make it a priority to attend these meetings as they provide valuable insights into their child’s performance, both academically and socially. Regular participation ensures that parents stay informed about their child’s progress and any areas requiring attention.

PTMs are scheduled periodically throughout the academic year. The dates and timings of these meetings will be communicated to parents well in advance. It is important that parents adhere to these schedules to avoid missing important updates regarding their child’s education.

While we understand the need for occasional meetings outside of the scheduled PTMs, parents are kindly requested not to disturb teachers during their instructional hours. Should there be a need to discuss specific concerns at times other than the regular PTMs, parents may book an appointment through the school’s administrator. This ensures that the teacher is available and prepared to address any concerns without disrupting the flow of daily classes.

During all interactions, we encourage parents and teachers to maintain mutual respect and an open line of communication. Constructive feedback from both parties ensures that the best interests of the child are prioritized. Parents are also urged to discuss any behavioral or academic concerns at home so that teachers can provide additional support in school.

In order to make the most of the time during PTMs, we request parents to come prepared with any questions or concerns they may have about their child’s academic progress, participation in co-curricular activities, or overall well-being. This will help ensure productive conversations during the meeting.

If any issues or areas for improvement are identified during the PTM, parents are encouraged to follow up on these matters in future meetings to track progress and discuss additional steps if needed.
Regular engagement with teachers not only enhances your child's learning experience but also strengthens the partnership between home and school, which is crucial for their success.
